Wedding Plans – The Photographer

wedding plans
I thought I knew who we would go with as our wedding photographer because I found one who’s style I liked, the price was right, and the guy who owns the company along with his wife was really nice. But then one of my co-workers liked this local photographing company on Facebook and now I’m torn. And what better way to try and figure out which would more suit us than to write a blog post about it? So here it goes.

Our First Option ~ Carlson Photography – $2500 (15% off if Friday or Sunday)

9 hours of service and includes:
– two photographers
– flash drive with high resolution images
– online gallery
– 10 images in an 8’x8′ wedding album
– complimentary engagement session

Additional hours is $250/hr
A highlight video is $200

Our Second Option ~ Allen-Kent Photography – $2500

6 hours of service and includes:
– 2 photographers
– flash drive with high resolution images
– custom app for gallery of images
– $50 off wedding album
– complimentary engagement session

Day after session – $200

Aren’t they both so amazing! I’m in love with different aspects of each of them – more the style of the second company with the hours of the first one. I’ve actually inquired with Carlson before but not Allen-Kent since we moved the wedding date back. Andrew just informed me too that he actually knows the second photographer from their run-ins around town. Which is pretty awesome that he sort of knows him already. I think that would make the sessions a bit more comfortable.

What do you think? Which one would you go with?
