Another post in our Wedding Planning Series! Who doesn’t love a well thought out schedule? Especially for a wedding day if you’re in the party! A lot needs to be taken into account and the timeline needs to be stuck to as close as possible to get in every experience that you want. I coordinated with
I coordinated with the venue manager and our photographer to get an idea of where we should be and when because I definitely knew I wanted the getting ready pictures plus a first look at a separate park near the venue, which was still about a 20 minute drive from where we each were getting dressed and prepped.
I didn’t want to spend money to do it, cause I’m pretty creative with images, so I decided to make it myself on Microsoft Publisher. Here are some inspiration pictures I pulled from Etsy to give me an idea of what I wanted to make.
I drew a few ideas from each, such as what to include on the timeline and image ideas, then I created my own on Publisher. I google searched every image and scaled them down for my timelines and LOVE how they turned out! Here they are!
The only changes on here were the Bachelor Party was a few days prior and the Bachelorette Party was Thursday night before the timeline. Also, because I’m such a procrastinator, everyone was asking me times to meet and where to go before I had completed this timeline so I ended up just texting everyone the details in a mass group text. So sadly these never actually got used.
BUT I wanted to post them anyways because I wanted to show how easy it is to make your own! You could really use any photo editing program because it’s only images and text. I also recommend making these a 5″x7″ size or smaller because you want your ladies and fellas to carry these around and something easy to fold and/or stick right in their pocket or purse.
What do you think?? Do you love them as much as I do?!
